High Pressure Hose Replacement

Your Rainman high pressure hose is not considered a consumable item, but they can wear on occasion. For example, the casing may wear through over time if it rubs against an edge.

Over the years, Rainman has utilised three different configurations of high pressure hose. The current configuration started in production in December 2020. The geometry of the older configurations could make it difficult to remove the hose from the pressure vessel end cap. In these situations, we recommend replacing the end cap with the current configuration when the hose requires replacement.

Replacement Hose Does Not Require End Cap

This newer style HP hose configuration has a geometry that reasonably easy to remove from the end cap. For the replacement, it is not required to change the end cap of the pressure vessel.

This high pressure hose kit matches your current configuration utilising a swivel elbow connector. It also includes silicone tape, plastic zip ties, and a replacement quick connect fitting.
