Super Dynaplate f/SSB Radio - 18" x 6" x 1/2"
Create a proper bonding and grounding system using Dynaplate grounding shoes to reduce the risk of serious hull damage and electrical shock associated with boat lightning strikes by providing a direct, controlled high-capacity path for lightning dissipation. SSB and AM radio transmitters rely upon a proper size ground to operate to their designed capacity. A Dynaplate grounding shoe helps provide a large solid surface (the water surrounding the boat) to "push off" from. This is technically known as "counterpoise" and is the other necessary half of the antenna system. The bronze Dynaplate material also serves as the next sacrificial metal on the galvanic scale after the zincs, providing another buffer against corrosion of stainless steel parts.

Where Have You Been All My Boating Life?
What a great little piece of tech - I don't know how we got by without it in the past. No more guessing how full the holding tank is or having to clean icky tank senders. This little bluetooth RADAR sending unit mounts on top of the tank and connects wirelessly to our Victron Cerbo.
Setup is super easy, push the button on the unit so it can calibrate to the tank then enable bluetooth and set up your rank dimensions on your Cerbo. It's as easy as that.
We've had it installed and running for about two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased (We like it enough that I ordered a second one for our water tank.)
Lots of wiring - no leaks! Be sure to run ALL the wires through BEFORE completing the run!

"Currently" super happy.
Installed on Yanmar 4JH57 engines with Zeus Controllers - HOLY WOW power. Losing some power at top end but overall very satisfied. Will do a long term review later. Talk about power - hope to never need my generator again!
