Perko 1-1/2" IPS Intake Strainer Bronze PERKO Intake Strainer are designed for easy installation and cleaning. Features include mounting lugs cast into both sides to assure universal mounting, four outside tie rods and a 316 stainless steel strainer basket to minimize electrolysis. Screen hole diameter .077 inches, 46% open area. Hinged lugs for the cast bronze cover permit easy removal and cleaning of the strainer basket. A drain plug in the bottom casting is provided for easily removing sediment and draining for winterizing.

Please note: Spare parts for this item are NOT interchangeable with the Perko 0593 Flushing Strainer.

Where Have You Been All My Boating Life?
What a great little piece of tech - I don't know how we got by without it in the past. No more guessing how full the holding tank is or having to clean icky tank senders. This little bluetooth RADAR sending unit mounts on top of the tank and connects wirelessly to our Victron Cerbo.
Setup is super easy, push the button on the unit so it can calibrate to the tank then enable bluetooth and set up your rank dimensions on your Cerbo. It's as easy as that.
We've had it installed and running for about two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased (We like it enough that I ordered a second one for our water tank.)
Lots of wiring - no leaks! Be sure to run ALL the wires through BEFORE completing the run!

"Currently" super happy.
Installed on Yanmar 4JH57 engines with Zeus Controllers - HOLY WOW power. Losing some power at top end but overall very satisfied. Will do a long term review later. Talk about power - hope to never need my generator again!

Great design but fail fast in the caribbean sun...
We bought these boots in 2022, and are buying new ones 3 years later. We love the design and the fact that they are easy to remove for inspection of the rig.
